SHEEN MOUNT SUMMER FAIR
Saturday 19th June 2010, 12 noon - 4 p.m.
This year the Summer Fair was another huge success thanks to the hard work put in by the class reps and PTA members. If you are looking at this page for help and info on stalls for next year's fair (Saturday 19th June 2010) contact Wendy Chivers and Aisling Youngfor the web address of the Fair Notes, hopefully containing all the Top Tips from previous reps.
Jonquil Williamson is in charge of the Summer Fair Programme and is in contact with most of the businesses in Sheen. If anyone wishes to approach a Sheen trader for donation or prizes, make sure to check in with Jonquil first as many of the local businesses have already pledged advertising money for the Fair programme or given raffle prizes. We don't want to exhaust invaluable local support!
As the Fair approaches, we are usually looking for volunteers to have estate agents boards, advertising their sponsorship of the Summer Fair, placed outside their house for a couple of weeks. As the fair approaches you should be contacted by your class rep to see if you are interested.
After the fair, thank you cards will be available at the school office for you to send to anyone who donated or helped with the Summer Fair.
Each year group is responsible for a stall or two, listed below. This isn't set in stone if two year groups want to swap.
