The Sheen Mount Children's Christmas Fair
Saturday 5th December 2009 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Christmas Fair is a special day for the children to enjoy with regular visits from Father Christmas and his larger elves. There's tons for the children to do from karaoke to spending hours crafting at the Christmas Activities stall. For the parents there is mulled wine, a delicious lunch and an impressive array of Christmas stalls to browse - not least of which is the quite infamous Sheen Mount Wreath Stall – where fair goers admire and buy from an impressive selection of lovingly hand crafted wreaths.

Each year group is responsible for a stall or two, listed below. (This isn't set in stone if two year groups want to swap.)

Reception Children's activities
Year One Santa's Grotto
Year Two Cafe
Year Three Cakes
Year Four Novelty Gifts / Mini Toy Stall
Year Five Secrets / Pocket Money
Year Six Wreath Sales (t.b.c.) and Karaoke
(to be allocated) Face Painting and Pamper Parlour
Many of the notes to these stalls are on line - contact Wendy Chivers and Aisling Young for the link.

CHRISTMAS FAIR NOTES
Wendy Chivers and Aisling Young have the famous 'red book' for each of the above stalls or will give you the link the the notes stored on-line. Each year the notes are updated with top tips from the previous class to have run the stall and it acts an an invaluable guide to future stall organisers. Once the fair is over, the notes need to be updated and handed in to Wendy and Aisling.
